Our services begin promptly after receiving the initial payment. Project timelines are communicated clearly during initiation.

Cancellation and Refund Scenarios

● Project Initiation Delay: Full refund if we fail to commence the project within the stipulated time frame.
● Incorrect Information: Refund considered on a case-by-case basis if services are hindered due to incorrect client information.
● Project Cancellation: Partial refund after deducting costs associated with project planning and preparatory work if canceled before work begins.

Unsatisfactory Services and Revisions

We offer revisions and modications to address concerns. If services still don’t meet expectations after reasonable revisions, a partial refund may be considered.

SEO and Marketing Services Refund

We don’t offer refunds or money-back guarantees for SEO services due to
the unpredictable nature of search engine algorithms.

Chargebacks and Suspensions

In case of a chargeback or payment dispute, associated services will be temporarily suspended without prior notice. An AED500 chargeback fee applies, and outstanding balances must be settled before service restoration.

Billing and Contract Terms

Our services are billed based on project scope and agreed-upon terms. Refunds for contract cancellation are considered in accordance with cancellation terms outlined in the contract.
